The Civic Auditorium rose from what were once ashes. It is a memorial to the indomitable spirit of The Dalles. The Dalles built the Civic as a memorial.

Today The Dalles Civic is the place “Where It Happens”  a  vibrant community center where people of the mid-Columbia gather to celebrate the important events of their lives.  Please join us for one of our upcoming events or plan your next event in our classy building in the heart of the city.
